I responded to a free trial offer for $4.95. The company then applied two charges to my credit card ($99.67 & $64.72), without my authorization or knowledge. The web site did not state anything about a starter kit charge or that refills would be sent and charged to my credit card, automatically. The letter included with the free trial kit states "if you need additional refills please visit www.BuySaphire.com." No where do they ever state the cost fir the kit or that refills would be sent without an order request from me. They are a scamming company. Do NOT get sucked in to their fraudulent scheme!!!
