Ordered the $4.95 electronic cig off internet and no where did it say they were shipping refills at 89.99 a month. Due to my poor circumstances, they were unable to get that amount from my account but did resubmit it for 59.67. I called them at 1-877-766-5306 and Santiago advised me that they would not let me send unused product back for a refund. I was told that I had signed up for 36 more refills. I asked to cancel account and was told that if I used the product and changed my mind, then they would give me discounted refills for 39.99 a refill. I cancelled this card so no future No where on their webpage, confirmation of order or future refills. The paperwork said I had 30 days to return the product but Santiago said no, it was only 14 days.
