She was selling me a iphone4s over facebook, I made a paypal account just to pay for the phone then deleted the paypal account afterwards, she said she has refunded it but she wont provide any statement or photographic evidence of the money being refunded. It's been a week and I haven't recieved any money from her and she refuses to provide any evidence.
