Just to update any of you who may be having trouble getting your money back through paypal for the Shop-Cora.com site, I wanted to share what I went through to get my money back. Like everyone else, I fell for the scam and purchased $149 worth of shoes back in March. I tried to call and email the company but to no avail. As soon as I realized I had been scammed I filed a claim with Paypal. A couple of days later, I got an email from Paypal saying that the dispute was settled because the seller had provided a shipping conformation. The next day, a sponge arrived in the mail from China! I was pissed! I took pictures of the sponge, the packing slip and the envelope and then called Paypal (it takes a while to get to actually talk to someone, just keep saying "representative" and someone will finally pick up). Anyway, they reopened my claim. The next day I got another email from Paypal saying I needed to provide evidence of a police report to them. I called them again after uploading all of my pictures and returned emails from the seller and told them i couldn't get a final police report by the time they needed it. The guy with Paypal looked at the evidence I submitted and said that they had enough evidence to reverse the original decision and my money was refunded! It may be a tough process but I was happy to get my money back and Paypal was actually pretty helpful in doing so. Hope this helps some of you out there!
