Two Buyers Refunded, Then Account Frozen With $136.35 Balance

I sell items on Craigslist using PayPal. Two buyers recently complained about their purchases, and their money was promptly refunded, no questions asked. I was not even given the option to defend myself. So I was cheated out of $500. Anyway, PayPal then suddenly decided to "limit" my account due to "suspicious activity," which means it is frozen and I cannot receive or send money. I cannot even close this account. Even worse, there was a positive balance of $136.35 in this account at the time it was frozen. PayPal is now requesting that I provide purchase invoices for the items that were sold. I cannot provide this because one item was a gift, and for the other item sold, I no longer have the receipt. So even though the two customers received their money back, I still lost out. Thanks, PayPal.
