Have been charged for the past 8-9 mos. For a
DVR which Ireturned to them in a pre-addressed carton postage paid by them oer their instuctions. They have apparently lost it and they have kept billing me $16.99 each
month. I have spoken to at least 8 different
representatives in the past months, I get
their assurance that the problem will be
corrected but nothing happens!
