I have a Kenmore Ice Cube Machine Maker. The machine stopped working. It needed a repair. I called the number inside the machine for assistance. I asked them if I should take it to the store or have a technician come look at it at my house. They informed me that it would be better to take the machine into the store as they could easily fix it at the repair facilities. I took the machine into the store on 8/21. I called on 8/27,9/1 and 9/7 to check on the progress and nobody told me that they don't work on Ice Cube Machine makers. I received a call today, 9/17, that they don't repair Ice Cube Machine Makers. It is a Kenmore that can only be purchased at Sears. Are you kidding me. This machine was sent across states to determine that they don't fix them while I sat for four weeks without this machine.

I deserve to have a new maker sitting at that store to pick up. These machines cost over $1,400.00. I was willing to pay them to repair this.
