Carl schaffer failed to repair sewing machine, came back billed for another visit and still did not repair the machine

Schaffer was called to come repair a sewing machine. He did not repair the machine to satisfactory working condition. When he returned a second time to try and fix it again he charged me with another service call. Then when I did not pay him he put me in to small claims court. He wanted to be paid just for walking in my door and not repair my machine
