I have been dealing with this law firm for a debt that i owe. We have come to several agreements for me to pay, all i asked for was that the agreement to be put in wrighting and i would pay them, well that was not good enough for them, so they got a wage garnishment aginst me, as a result of this they recieve 25% of my pay after taxes. I was already barely keeping my head above water, as i had lost my job and just began working, i am a single white male with no children i did not qualify to have this stopped, i am now possibly going to lose my place of residence because i can no longer afford it with the money they are taking out of my weekly paycheck. I was making 1200 a month now i am bringing home around 800.
