Filed Writ for Garnishment after I made an agreement with them last year to pay a set sum per month. I have missed no payments

Today at work, I was handed a garnishment notice. The notice was filed by G. Reynolds Sims & Associates P.C.

I entered into a verbal agreement with them last July to pay 100.00 a month until the debt was payed off.in spite of making all my payments, they have now filed a Writ of Garnishment.

The debt last year was 7,400.00 when I made the agreement with them. I have paid them 1,000.00 against that debt.

I was never served at at my home address, (which they have) and they now will be taking 118.94 per week out of my paycheck. On top of that they have taken an original 3,500.00 debt and turned it into 8,419.67.

I may have to file a Bankrupcy to stop this.
