Wage garnishment

When I received my paycheck last week, 3/09 ther was a garnishment on my check of 200.16 deducted from my check. I work at Walmart on thired shift and I am 62 so you know 200.16 is alot of money for me. I called
the payroll office and they told me it was a garnishment and gave me a 866 number (of all place I believe it was in India). They told me it was was OSI and gave me an attorneys number. How can someone take money
from you paycheck without your knowledge. I have not received any notification of a hearing or anything. Someone please help. I cannot afford a lawyer.
