This law firm sucks, lastyear this law firm had a garnishment and taking money every pay day! After a few weeks LOVE, BEAL & NIXON stopped the garnishment and set the debt was paid in full and with in 4 days i got a check saying they took to much so i got a refund for the Difference. Today in the mail i got another letter from them stating they want to file for another garnishment on the same debt that LOVE BEAL & NIXON was paid in full. How can they do this legally? The last garnishment was over 6 months ago, and the filing was early last year.in june they stopped the garnishment told me the debt was paid in full. Now they are coming at me saying i owe another 1000$. I plan on fighting this one, i have the Original paper work when they discharged the old garnishment.

This law firm is BS i can not believe this any help.
