I spoke with customer service rep. On sept. 8. Asked why the $245.96 charge. I cancelled my service in aug. 2012 after using their service for 3 years on automatic pay, i cancelled the service in aug. 2012.
Never did i know or expect this extra charge
which they said was a one time charge.
I do not know anything about the charge. I told them i did not intend to pay for something i did not know or believe i owed.
I am a widow in a retirement home and in nov. I will be 91 years old. I have never had a
situation like this. Please help me.
