Comcast provided me no serv ice at all after sept. 17; many repeated calls to comcast and dialogues with its on line representatives 3-4 times failed to fix the no service problem. Nevertheless, it charged me fully for sept, oct, and nov. Moreover it charged
me for no return of equip..." fees after I cancelled its internet service on 11-2..."
even though it collected all its equipments on 11-26.
