Direct tv
Ripped off by Direct Tv - DIrec TV

I spoke with Emily in ceo offices and Shawn. Neither willing to help. Problems for a year with Satelite always going out. Having to call Direct tv and go through tech support to have it rebooted from their offices. Raised my rates fifty dollars a month. Wont work with me in the least. If you cant get help from the ceo offices it shows that customer service means very little to this co. We are basically stuck.
