Satellite Service Keeps Failing and Rates Raised Fifty Dollars

I spoke with Emily in CEO offices and Shawn. Neither willing to help. Problems for a year with Satellite always going out. Having to call Direct tv and go through tech support to have it rebooted from their offices. Raised my rates fifty dollars a month. Won't work with me in the least. If you can't get help from the CEO offices it shows that customer service means very little to this co. We are basically stuck.
