Missed Repair Appointments for Three Weeks at My Apartment

I have been having problems with Direct TV. I have only had it for 1 month, and they cannot get a tech to come to my apartment to fix the problem. I have called them and they have scheduled appointments for me and never show up, or they say they will be 2 hours late and you don't hear from them. When you call Direct TV, they say they cannot talk to the people they have doing their Direct TV, so you just wait. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't have anyone out here. I don't recommend that anyone get Direct TV. Stick with cable.
