Fedex does not deliver on time-beware

Fedex wa supposed to deliver a proposal for us overnight. We paid $51.70, received a recipe telling us our very important business proposal would be delivered the next day no later than 10:30 A.M. The package has not even left the FEDEX in the same City we are in, no one called us to tell us it was not being delivered, and when I called FEDEX one agent told me we dropped it off ate, another agent told me it was late due to a problem with a sorting machine in Memphis that broke down, and then another Supervisor said he did not know what happened and finally admitted the package was still in the City we mailed it from yesterday! Do not use this company for your business needs, They are unreliable. The also would not let me speak to anyone who has the package to stop it and save our company embarrassment and damage to our reputation by delivering it late.
