I was booked to fly on Aug. 27-31. But because of Hurricane Issac I changed my flight with an operator that same morning. I never recieved confirmation, nothing. Therefore I called today to find that I donot have a flight for new dates. Although I was told that morning of the 27th tha it was all taken care of. Also after paying another 131.00 for change fees. I will never use Travelocity. And am notifying the BBB of my horrible expereince with them. I am STILL waiting on my cell 1 hour and 5 minutes for a supervisor. I will also tell my 250 friends on Facebook to never use them... Thank you, Janet
