Relocated to Atlanta for a job transfer, offer money withheld

I am from St. Louis, MO, and my fiancee is employed at Home Depot. She was given an offer letter to transfer to Atlanta for a better opportunity, yet Home Depot is not holding up its end of the bargain. We relocated with nothing and broke our lease agreement in St. Louis, hoping that Home Depot would stand by its word.

Since our arrival in Atlanta, Home Depot has been literally playing games with the offer settlement that was supposed to be given. All the mishaps with the paperwork have set us back to being stuck on Atlanta streets with nowhere to go. Not to mention that I left my business clients in St. Louis to relocate with my fiancee. Now my business is not workable here until I build my clients here with my occupation as a photographer. We have no one here, no money, and are basically stuck somewhere we are not used to.

These are legitimate reasons why I would like to seek damages. My complaint is my complaint and not my fiancee's. I want to file a lawsuit as soon as possible against Home Depot. We were suckered by this company, and now they are not trying to make sure that their out-of-town employees are settled in right in a state where we have no one to help us. They could at least offer us somewhere to live until they release the offer money they granted in her letter.

Now we are forced to try to make it back to St. Louis today with nothing, no money, and no gas, because we do not have anywhere to go or stay until they release the funds. This is forcing her to leave (quit) the job with nothing after we gave up everything we had in St. Louis to get here for Home Depot. We sold everything in our home to relocate for this company. Now Home Depot has provoked us to either leave Atlanta and go back to St. Louis with nothing, no home, no furniture, no money. This is not right: someone makes a career change for a company, and now we are left with nothing because of it. Our family is sleeping in our car, and all Home Depot wants is for the workers to come to work every day, with no concern about their out-of-town employees. The worst hospitality ever from a big company like Home Depot.
