Serving The wrong liquor to make a profit

My fiance and I went to have dinner and we asked for the high end Chardonnay wine which was $9.00 per glass which we drink several time per week. We did get it but when we ask for another glass, I noticed that it tasted different. When I bought it to the waitress attention, she told us that they ran out of the highend so they gave us to low end Chardonnay. On our bill, the waitress was charging us for the high end and never mentioned it to us and never adjusted the bill. Had I not have known the restaurant would have been over charging us for liquor. I alerted the manager who said sorry, next time you come back we will pay for a glass for both of you. My assumption is that the restaurant do this all the time because he (manager) acted like, NO Big Deal.
