Warning! Don't complain ~ owner assualts!

Two of my sisters, myself, and other family went to Stagnaros at Christmas time to have dinner. We were at the table for about ten minutes when the bread came. The bread was plopped down so fast we did not have time to ask for silverware. When we finally flagged down our waitress and asked her for some and some water too, she rolled her eyes and walked away.

So we put our orders in and one of my sisters ordered a $14.00 glass of Chardonnay but what she got instead was the cheap house Chardonnay. She did not drink it and she asked for an exchange. The waitress told the owner, the owner came to the table and yelled at my sister for "insulting her wine". My other sister came to her defense and the owner SHOVED HER in front of the whole restaurant. The owner was told if she put her hands on anyone else the police would be called.

Crazy but true. They wanted us to pay for what we had on top of it all!
