Ruby Tuesday Restaurants
Ruby Tuesday Restaurant has introduced a new wine list with no prices, then they charge you $9.99 for a glass of crappy wine. Ripoff

This is the comment I sent to Ruby Tuesday's after my experience there last night:

"As there were no comment cards available in the restaurant, I thought I would take the time to tell you about my experience in your restaurant last night. This has nothing to do with the restaurant, but the owners or corporate offices that make the rules. You have recently changed your wine list, which doesn't include pricing. A couple of us ordered wine off this menu last night only to discover that you are charging $9.99 per glass when we got the bill after we finished 2 glasses each. Neither of us would have ordered the wine if we knew that was the price. I would have probably walked out and gone to "Cheeseburger in Paradise" across the street where I know for a fact that I can get a nice glass of wine for under $7.00. I wouldn't even expect to pay $9.99 a glass for Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio, which is one of the highest priced Pinot Grigio's you can find. I am very disappointed in Ruby Tuesday's for stooping to this horrendous practice of not showing prices so people will un-wittingly order your overpriced, crappy wine. I will no longer be a patron of your restaurant and I will certainly pass the word, you can bet on that. You are not a high-end, restaurant, where you would expect to pay this. You are a burger place where people should only have to pay $5-$6 for a glass of wine."

The manager at the local restaurant was very nice and took the wine off our bill. He agreed with us that it was wrong and that there were many complaints from other managers on the new pricing. It was nice of him to do that, but he can't keep taking these charges off customers bills. That would put him out of business.
