I have a wind mobile cellphone and a data stick. These two have separate account numbers. The data stick was originally on a plan where if I want to stop the account I can do so just by not paying before. However, sometime back windmobile clubbed these two accounts. Now I need my data stick for internet to be cancelled and retain only my cellphone. I called them up a few days ago requesting to cancell my account. The customer service representative said this can be done anytime when I am ready. Despite my calling at least 10 times, and waiting online for more than half an hour each, no one picked my phone call. They seem to purposely ignore my call as they do not want to stop the account. What can I do. I wont deserve to pay for the service which I am not using anyway.
