I opened a membership about 6 months ago and after about two week i 19.99 was taken out of my account and i call ed to complain and i was in formed that every 10th day of the month i would be billed. I told the lady that i wanted to cancel my membership and when we hung up the phone i thought it was cancelled. Then a few days ago i put money on my card to pay a bill so me and my 4 children would not be without gas and instead of my bill getting paid planet fitness took 180 dollars off my card and am emailing you for a full refund
