Filthy tanning booths and extremely poor customer service - planet fitness anch ak

The first and last day i went into planet fitness, i went to tan in the stand up booth, now i see why its free with a membership! It was filthy and disgusting! Sweat all over the place where i was suppose to stand and the walls were smeared with prints and sweat! I went to cancel my membership as per my conversation with shayna in anchorage thinking that that was the end of it because i followed her instructions. Come to find out she left out the part about canceling my annual fee as well, so even though i had no more membership i was still charged, basically for nothing, when i told her i wasnt informed of needing to cancel by a certain date to avoid that charge, she and corporate headquarters told me its my fault cause its in the contract, tell me this, have you read and memorized your contract lately? I didnt think so, soooooooo no refund, just a good dose of arguments back and blame on me for everything, terrible experience all around, never ever go or waste your money on planet fitness...
