Replacement for Defective Laptop Unavailable, Asked to Pay Difference

Not being to find a computer to replace the defective one and not giving me a comparable one in the store. I was offered a different one but had to pay the difference if I took that one. I felt that if they could not replace or find the one I ordered that they should pick up the difference in cost between the two.
