Best Buy
Ripoff did not issue full refund on defective laptop

Electronics and household app.

I bought a laptop at Best Buy. I returned it 2 days later. The computer would just shut down programs and windows I was in periodically for no reason. Best Buy claimed it wasn't defective. However, I am an avid computer user and actually used to sell them. The computer was defective. Computers don't just shut down windows with no explanation (right out of the box.)

Best Buy charged me a $255 restocking fee.

I contacted Best Buy's Portage, MI store manager as well as their corporate office. I contacted the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. I am currently working with my credit card company to try to get the charge taken off.
