Order for Boxset placed 26 June. Despatch said to have taken place within 24-hrs.
- Chased up up after 17-days and told it would take up to 6-weeks to arrive, i. E 2-weeks more than website said.
- Chased after 50-days; said they had paid almost $18 to their Custom Broker and so the product would be with me within a week. (nb. If Duty and Taxes had been paid it would in fact be with me within 24 to 48-hrs!)
- No product received; now doubting I ever will.
- Contacting my credit card company
