No refund, no contact, no professionalism

We booked a reservation for five days in Lancaster, PA which we prepaid. We were promised free breakfast, refrigerator and microwave, and the room would be ready. I was also told if we cancelled the reservation, we would get back 80% or be able to change the dates. When we arrived, the room was not ready. There was no refrigerator or microwave or free breakfast. The air conditioning went out after three days, and we were forced to find another hotel. When I spoke with the hotel service manager, he said he would contact the company and approve the refund for two days. That was July 14. It is now August 16, and after NINE phone calls, lots of misinformation, and just plain neglect from the personnel at Hotel Plus, we still do not have a refund or any communication from the company. Obviously, their practices are far from acceptable.
