TVDVDBoxSet.com Ordered product, took payment then no contact from company!

Hi there

I ordered a box set from TVDVDBoxSet.com (using their UK website of TVDVDBoxSet.co.uk) and they promptly took payment.

Then nothing! On the website it states that goods should be received in the UK in 1-2 weeks but that one should have a confirmation of shipping email when its been sent. I have received nothing and it's been 9 days (so, 2 days past the earliest day that I could have received it by).

I have emailed them 3 times and not got any response of any kind! This despite the fact that their website states that they have 24/7 email customer service coverage and pride themselves on responding to emails within 1 hour! As stated before, my experience is that they do not respond to emails at all!

If anyone has any contact details for this company (other than the online form that gets ignored) and/or any details of where to write to or what steps to take to get the money I paid back I would very much appreciate the information.
