Consumonics/CESN - Rubbish

I contacted Consumonics / CESN as they looked to be specialists in Samsung LCD TVs. After collecting the TV for a £60 non-refundable charge I heard nothing for a week... A second week nearly went by so I phoned them. I was told I would receive a call in the next few days with a repair estimate. No call. I called again, same story. No call. This persisted for about 3 weeks before again after I chased they confirmed they needed a part. I waited a further week, chased them to be told the part hadn't solved the problem and they needed to order another part! At this point it was 6 weeks since the TV was collected. I'm willing to wait 6 - 8 weeks, the frustration is having to chase constantly for an update. Not once have I received a call from Consumonics/CESN. They create no confidence whatsoever. I cancelled the repair and told them to return the TV unrepaired. I'm sitting here waiting for the TV to be returned, wondered if I will ever see it again.
