Dear Sir/madam,

I am writjng in order to file an offical complaint.

I recently ordered a pair of (Air Max 1 Safarie - Beast) trainers on 31st Jult 2012 which arrived within 7 days however on opening the box the following issues were note

* Incorrect size -Ordered size 5.5 -size 3 received.

* Received Air Maxs 90

* Incorrect Colour

* Trainers was of poor quality (Looked like Copies)

* Agreed charge was £70.00 - On checking my bank balance £82.00 was withdrawn which i did not agree to.

As you can appreciate the above noted issues a far from excuseable as the basic order which I placed was not honoured.

I am very disatisfied with the service that I have been provided and in light of the above I would like to request that an instant refund be issued back to my account within 5 working days and would expect payment to be refunded to my account before 20/08 if no sooner.

In the meantime I will await a response to my email in regards to where I shall return this unwanted (as your site is unclear to me)
