I ordered a size 18 dress and coat, to be my wedding outfit. The money was with held directly from my bank account on 10/09. It arrived a month later and had no tags attached (care, size) but for a size 18 it was very small. I lacked several inches of zipping or buttoning it. I ordered 'Champagne'
for the color and this too was wrong. I sent a complaint to their provided email account and have never received a reply.
