This site is a complete scam!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes and two running watches on December 13th and received a TOTALLY INCORRECT package on December 29th.

Rather than the Sperry Sneakers that I ordered in a size 10, I received the most hideous Nike sneakers (they look fake) in a size 8 and a white and red watch that aren't even the same brand as you advertised on the site and simply cheap.

I was blown away that a company could get an order SO COMPLETELY WRONG. Not just the wrong size or wrong color... I received the completely wrong shoes, wrong size and two watches that are neither the colors that I ordered or the brand I chose on your site.

I am so beyond DISAPPOINTED. I demanded a REFUND IMMEDIATELY, which I was completely entitled to according to the policies stated on their website. I wanted to return the merchandise and be done with the whole thing, but they refused to give me the return address and avoiding my request for a refund entirely.

I sent a complaint email on December 29th and then heard back from them (or an automated machine, by the looks of the email) on Dec 31 asking me to provide photographs and a detailed description of my order issues and that "If there is any error, the manufacture will make new one and send to you without any charges." What???!!!

I want the real thing not some manufactured fake.

Oh and they ended that email with "Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority" - Bull!

I provided the photos and description (again) on DEcember 31st (the same day) and NEVER heard from them again.

I've tried emailing the same address, but NOTHING.

I'm so upset not only because of this headache but because all of the items were supposed to be a Christmas Gift and I was left scrambling for replacements.

I shop online often, but this makes me question it.

Please do not buy from them. The site and claims seem legite, but they are not.
