Wrong size shoes received

Our mail order (Product 41C54) arrived in the incorrect size. Our order clearly stated size 9.5 D. Sixe 12 arrived.
We intend to return the shoes but object to being charged $8.99 for that postage. It was not our fault the wrong size was sent.
We expect to be fully reimbursed on our credit card for this charge. We also request strongly that you ship the replacement shoes by EXPRESS MAIL so we may receive them before our scheduled vacation departure on July 6.
