I purchased a pair of Adidas Leopard print sneakers for my niece. I received them on Nov 20 via USPS through EMS China Track # EE731397970CN The package has no address as to where it came from. Was ordered through JSWINGSFASHION.com When the shoes arrived, they were not only NOT a womans size 8.5 but they were a mans size measuring 10 inches. They were falling off of her. I contacted the company in 3 days, via email. The representative said that it was the converted size, but in actuality it isnt. I said I want a refund and I would like to return today. No one ever got back to me. I can't find an address for them ANYWHERE and tomorrow will make 7 days since receipt, which they said you have 7 days to contact them about any issues and they have an "easy" return policy. Does anyone have the address to these people? How do you get your money back? HELP please!!!
