Bad service - billing/customer service

I've been with directv for over 10 years and I am getting very very tired of calling them up almost every month to get a correct bill. It is a hour battle every month to prove what I have paid for and what is due. If you have the time or just too much money and enjoy being ripped off than you are a good directv canidate.
