I called to make a payment of 246.88 while making the payment the employee said that the payment t did not go through i replied oh wait i only have 240 they wont let the 240 go since its only owing 6.88 cents the phone was dissconnected she called back and said your payment of 240 went through and when you have the 6.88 we will restore your cable under no circumstances did i approve for her to take 240 out of my card she said they will refund me my money back in 48 hours i went to the office in union and paid 250.00 cash i called back 48 hoursd later they said it can take up to three days i called back the next day and they said since i owed 401.00 they are not going to refund me my money back and they a re taking that as two payments! I want my money back! This company is always doiong something to piss off people
