My service of cable and internet was disconnected in the middle of April. I made a payment of 80$ on May 11. I received a bill on May 16 for the full payments for the entire month of May. And my payment was not reflected on the bill so I called customer service And she said that until they cut the cable from the pole, they will continue to bill me for services I'm not receiving. And they have no record to show I've paid anything. So I have to make another payment of 89$ to have my service reinstated.
