They said I was owed a refund but then I noted they put their name as receiver and I alalso noticed it said I would be billed. When I questioned about this he said we were almost through as soon as I gave them my banking information. Ihung up at that point. Then I received an email from Western Union stating I owed the amount they were telling me I was owed as a refund. Unfortunately a few months bck I bought a program taht they said I needed to keep my new compter protected. I paid with my debit card but I never felt right about that transaction. I felt more unsure with this one so I hung up when they asked for my banking information
