Was convinced by them to take out a Diamond plan and not use HelpPCOnline anymore. They had a few sessions on my computer, loaded lots of housekeeping software and corrupted Media Player and email accounts. I was told to always talk to Arnold when I phoned. Phone does not get answered anymore.
