They did not provide me with the correct softwae package when they shipped my pc yet they loaded the right one on the lap top Ripoff nationwide

I purchased a laptop from dell. When I received it did not work so they had to ship out another one. When I got that and started to set it up I discovered they sold me a modem I did not need and they shipped the wrong software package in the box. When I told them of the issue they told me that was the software i purchased, when in reality the softeware i purchased was loaded on the laptop. They refused to replace what they send with the correct software. They told me I would have to return what I got and purchased what they loaded on my laptop. I ask why? They kept telling me I did not purchase what was loaded on my laptop, I said if I didn't purchase it than why is it loaded on there. They never answered me. I told them that the person who took the order made a change or some one made a change and now I am being ripped off and forced to buy the right software.
