Mp3 Player - Philips Go Gear Aria Mp3 Playe

I don't know why I am taking my precious time to write this because I'm sure that nobody at Wal-Mart cares enough about their customers to right a wrong.
But here is my story:
I was a faithful shopper at Wal-mart. My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars there in the past. This Christmas I was looking to buy an Mp3 player for my husband. When I bought it
no 12/11 I didn't realize and was not told that the store has a 15 day return policy.
Which meant that I would have had to return it by Christmas day if something was wrong with it.
Well when I got it home I realized that our computer was not up to par and the software could not be loaded on our computer until I updated our computer software.
So it took me about 2 weeks and then the Mp3 software could be loaded. I was so happy that now I could copy music onto the Mp3 player and my husband could use his Christmas.
After all this I found out the Plilips Mp3 player was a lemon. There was a problem with the playlist portion of the Mp3 player and the options button would not work.
So I took it back to Wal-mart. They would not even exchange it for me. I was past the 15 day return period. I even showed them the gift slip thinking that would make a differenc.
When I ask for the manager's name she very very rudely stuck her name badge in my face and said Kristie see here it is.
Now I admit that we should have kept the plastic packaging that it came in but we assumed that it being new we wouldn't have a problem.
I have been e-mailing Philips to see if there is somewhere I can take it to have it fixed. So needless to say Wal-mart has lost a good customer.
