Uhaul lemon!

I rented a truck 1 way and they refused to take the truck on the other end because they said i was sent with wrong truck, was suppose to drop off in warren robbins ga and pick up the lemon i bought from uhaul this year, but uhaul declined to take it because the sentry storage uhaul dealer in belleview fl. Sent me in the wrong truck, bob smith said it would be no problem, just tell them to read the notes he put on my contract, but they said there was no notes to read, when i returned the truck back to sentry storage i was told as soon as i walked through the door to return their mistake to them, that they was about to report the truck stolen, they refuse to give deposit back, i had another uhaul just the week before that the sparten petro uhaul dealer, also in belleview stool money from credit card claiming that it didnt have the right amount of gas in it, when i just filled up at his pump just minutes before i handed him the keys, this all started with me buying a 5000.00 box truck that i didnt even get 1000 miles on before the motor blew up, uhaul refuses to refund any money, in fact they claim that i owe them but they are not going to worry about it, its very hard to believe that i just spent 5000 for one of their used trucks and because of it, i have had to spend another 3000 plus in extra expences, the run around i have recieved is a horrible nightmare that is meant to make matters worse, the mess has so many other twist and turns that uhaul has created just dealing with rude people at the costumer service department, and the dealings with the people after hours on the phone that sounded intoxicated, what a mess they have caused me for being a loyal costumer for many years, i have been hung up on by the agents when i ask for their names, put off, put off and put off, i will never use them again, penske trucks help get some of this mess taken care of, offered discounts on rental and storage to earn my business
