I notified Verizon that NO changes were to be made to my Family Plan without my personal approval and changes were made that extended the contract on 2 phones that we on my plan. I have been a customer for MANY years and when they would not correct their error I decided to wait till the contract ran out on the main line and then cancel all phone service with Verizon and go with another carrier. This cause them to charge me early terrmination fees on the other phones (which were added to the MAIN Phone) I have told them that I would have to make payment because of the amount (About $600 which I do not think is fair) I have made the payment so far ON TIME and they continue to harrass me daily with 3-4 phones calls using minutes from my new carrier. I have spoken to them a number of times but the calls come on a daily bases and I want them to stop. I am hoping you can help You may reach me at (Personal Information Removed)
