Travelocity double booked a hotel room for my vacation. I didn't recieve an e-mail confirmation, thus booking again after calling and confirming with them that a room was not booked. When I arrived at hotel I had 2 rooms. The manager cancelled and gave me a letter of cancellation. When I call travelocity they refused to give me a refund and claimed they did send me confirmation on room.
