I received my merchandise which was completely different than what was portrayed online. I collect Blue and white porcelain/ceramic pieces and order four from DY Home Decor. They arrived but were a very dull gray and off-white, NOT the traditional blue and white described and photographed online. I immediately called, several times, NO answer (on hold a ridiculous amount of time). Then I went to the email address they sent to contact them and wrote three times about my dissatisfaction and desire to return. I clearly stated that due to the fact that the products were unsatisfactory I did not feel I should pay a restocking fee or have to pay for return shipping and requested that they send me a return shipping label. I have not heard one thing from this company after numerous attempts to contact them, UNLIKE when they accepted my order!!! This is a total rip-off and something should be done. Georgia Taylo
