Return Policy

While I have an email advising me that the return policy is a 20% restocking fee and the confirmation email of the order only states the 20% stocking fee and the product had "free shipping." When I had to return a product that did not fit my generator I was advised there is also a $6.00 shipping fee that is deducted from my return credit. If you read the fine print in their return policy it does say there is a 20% restocking fee minus shipping charges (not plus shipping charges added to you restocking fee).
