I like many others ordered the trial of the face cream but cancelled it straight away but did not receive any confirmation from them and I assumed as they had received my order they had also received my cancellation request. However, they proceeded to take two payments from my account over a few days after I had eventually managed to speak to someone on the phone they reassured me it had been cancelled and I would receive my money back and 5 days later they took another payment making a total of £192!! I very rarely buy on the internet from unknown sites and I will not be doing again! Since this another American company called Paragon have also attempted to take a further £53.61 from my account and I have never heard of them!: (Complete and utter scam DO NOT ORDER from this site
