Hi

After placing sample order I realised they would bill me each month so sent an email to cancel the sample order. Followed this up by telephoning on 1 888 2391370. Received an email stating the following

"We are sorry to hear that Lush Illumination did not work out for you. Please see below to ensure that the correct account was cancelled: At this point, you will no longer be recieving any future charges or shipments from Lush Illumination. If you wish to receive future bottles of Lush Illumination, please contact our customer service team.
